Tasting Notes: A poised nose of green apple, warm summer rain and intense lemon/lime. The palate is bone dry with mouthwatering minerality. Look for notes of pineapple and white nectarine with a long, vibrant finish. The Riesling was handpicked at a vineyard in Summerland.
It landed on the crush pad where it was loaded as whole clusters straight into the press. After a period of cold settling, it was inoculated with a single yeast strain undergoing a long, slow and cool ferment. It was racked off its lees, left to settle, and filtered just before bottling.
